Secret rune.
The visage boss in the fen will drop a special rune but only if you pick up the rune tablet first. The rune gives you health for damaging a enemy, but it not very much at all, not worth using imo.

You are thinking of the normal rune drop, the Cybyno rune will only drop from the visage boss encounter in the forsaken fen.

Its a terrible rune by itself only heals like 3 hp per hit, you get way more out of healing stones.

Yes, it might be good on fast weapons, but with only 1 per run it is not practical.

btw speaking of secret runes, there is a rune that decreases stamina cost of weapon swings, but i have no idea where it is or how to get it.
