items disappearing from inventory?

I just got my Justice sword to level 9 and my Toll axe to 9 I swapped my Holy runes (I had 2) from the axe to the sword and after wanting to see if the sword was better or not swapped them back over to the axe, but after I wanted to use the sword (even though its a bit weaker) my 2nd Holy damage rune is GONE not on the weapon not in inventory. nowhere. This is not the first item to do this, I had 308 Scourings one time and then magically I used them to buy a shield from a boss and now im down to 104??? I thought the shield was 15??? not ~215?!?!?

is anyone else having this issue of items just miraculously vanishing without reason?

Yep, Large Delarium shard disappeared from inventory. Now don't have enough to upgrade weapon.

my ravager gregory sword got deleted along with all of the runes inside. all of my boss weapons got nerfed and materials lost. pos game.

my runes keep vanishing its happen 2 times from weapons in my inventory i also lost my large delarium shard on my 2nd character the one i got from the mines it just vanished i was training my weapon to 9 i went to update it to 10 and it was gone and i worked so hard on that weapon

the first rune was my "nartun" that was the one from the mines gone and it was in my pietra sword when in use and i adore that sword so id not have sold it and the other was "Mhakev" from the area with the sisters it totally pissed me off as i keep losing my runes and all i am doing is taking the weapons off to use something else i log out for the night and when i log in they are gone and it sucks

I lost a scaeve rune for some reason. I know I had 2 , now only 1.

Runes have been unequiped on their own , items not appearing as they should for loot drops , adry scalp mask for example , few items have disappeared from inventory .
Duplicate eyes disappearing at times..

Come on guys ,get it together , trying so hard to stay positive . But constant bugs and random glitches ( falling through the map , getting stuck and can't move on unbreakable assets )
It's getting tiresome , from someone who actually put and enjoyed many hours on this game

also , if you put a weapon/shield with runes, put in on the storage , close the game and start the game again and pick up again the weapon/shield from storage and.... MAGIC!!!! all the runes are missing

that is how i lost yesterday a nartun rune

after 30 patches this game is still broken AF

so my advice , if you put a weapon/shield on your storage , make sure to remove all runes first, otherwise the game will erase all your runes you put in

seriously , NOBODY on the dev team noticed this since launch day?
