Pietas sword blue

I saw someone in pvp with the normal yellow and a blue pieta sword, can someone tell me where to get the blue one? I tried every spell i have and it wont look like that. Also spells and items buff both swords an he got two different colored swords

the blue sword is Eliane sword but its very weak compared to pieta . I got it and u can t play the 2 swords or you will lack of smite power or wither power . It s double pieta or double eliane and since the nerf on pieta .
