This is why everyone should listen to the experts. Asmongold is a top Dark Souls player worldwide and if he thinks the game is bad, then it is. Listen to the experts.

This is just subjective opinion though and going with the crowd like a sheep.

Do I personally think it is as good as a From game from what I have played so far? No, the combat sucks compared to Fromsoft games imo. But the game is still not awful, the combat just isn't as good as From and the performance is pretty rough.

This is just an argument from authority fallacy and sorry but Asmon isn't the final word on anything but his own opinion

Think OP meant top 200 DS streamers, which would make sense because the guy has a cult following. In terms of skill though? Most people who thinks he is somekind of experts are kids. Or maybe... just not very smart. I mean, youtubers are there to entertain. To entertain and get views, they have to be a certain way. I let my own experience of games decide whether it is good for me or not. Not some youtubers.

Who cares? I like Asmond but LOTF is not for people who want a soft mirrored experience to From Soft games. It's a hard harsh world. It's a Souls game for the rest of us lol
