What happened to sprint for co-op?

If you can't sprint in coop its a bug. I've read it's due to the guest and host not being on the same update version, but not sure if that's accurate. Probably is since when it happened to me it only occurred with one specific player.

It tends to happen when there's connection issues happening from my experience

When I had it no amount of rebooting or reconnecting helped... but the guys profile showed netherlands and I'm US so that might be why.

So for me personally sprinting tends to work fine for the most part but like ya the moment there's like any proper like sync issues or anything it seems to just murder the co-op partner

When I had this issue it persisted the entire night we played together and I couldn't run, jump, and had to glitch my way up ladders. My char would freeze in a standing position on the ladder and Id have to spam sprint for him to gradually float to the top.

This was 100% the cause. My brother was on a patch older than mine, at the time.
