LOTF softcaps
The following are the thresholds for each attribute softcap, there are several for each:

Strength/Agi/Radiance/Inferno:
up until 25: Full benefit
up until 50: 2/3 benefit
up until 74: 1/3 benefit

Interesting is that the hardcap for damage increases is level 97 after which there is not a single point of damage to be gained anymore.

Full benefit, 2/3 benefit, 1/3 benefit here means that regarding to your weapon and scaling the extra attack power will be either full (for example +9 attack power due to scaling), 2/3 (+6 attack power) or 1/3 (+3 attack power)

After reaching the final softcap it usually takes 3 more points for a significantly smaller gain (for example 3 more agility for +1 attack power) until you reach the hardcap.

Vitality:
up until 20: 20-21 HP per point
up until 40: 15 HP per point
up until 60: 10 HP per point
up until 98: 5 HP per point

You end up with 1200 HP at 98 Vitality which is also the hardcap

Endurance has the same caps as Vitality but i did not bother with the actual numbers since no one cares.

Resistances:

Resistances do not have a softcap (or at least the values gained per points didn't change in 300 levels so i assume there is none) which also brings me to the conclusion that Resistances as a whole do not have any diminishing returns, further they do not work as a flat resistance (for example 800 Holy resist reduces holy damage by 80%) and more that they are always used against the target and then decrease damage taken based on the targets stats which, for PvP, means that the higher the level difference between combatants is the more damage one receives while the other receives less damage, resulting in the common misconception that people are cheating when in reality the level difference is just so high that it is perceived as dealing no damage, especially when healing over time like Invigorating Aura is in play that tops the miniscule damage right back off (cheaters do exist tho ofc, ♥♥♥♥ those guys).

Now to the stats:

Strength:
+3 Physical defense, +1 elemental defense per point
+1 Ailment resist per 2 points

Agility:
+1 all defense per point
+1 Ailment resist per 2 points

Radiance:
+1 Physical and Fire defense per point
+3 Holy and Wither defense per point
+1 Ailment resist per 2 points

Inferno:
+1 Physical, Holy and Wither defense per point
+3 Fire defense per point
+1 Ailment resist per 2 points

Endurance & Vitality:
+1 for all defenses and ailment resistances per point

Now to the miscellaneous stats like weight, ammo and mana.

Weight:
Weight is influenced by Endurance and Vitality the same way as Mana is for Radiance and Inferno.
+1-2 weight per point up to 20 End/Vit
+1 weight per point up to 42 End/Vit
+1 weight per 2 points up to 50 End/Vit
+1 weight per 2-3 points after that

Mana:
Interestingly Radiance and Inferno count as one for the increase of your manapool, for example if you were hitting a softcap on your Radiance stat and were to think "i'll just dump into Inferno for more mana", that does not work. Mana takes both Radiance and Inferno combined into consideration.

+8-9 Mana per point up to 22 Rad/Inf
+7 Mana per point up to 52 Rad/Inf
+3 Mana per point up to 92 Rad/Inf
Maximum 800 Mana at 190 points Rad/Inf

Ammo:
The exact numbers of shots gained per level i could not determine because it is not shown in the character sheet, but what i can say is that both Endurance and Vitality contribute to it and the maximum amount of ammo is 40.

Weight is influenced by both endurance and vitality (didn't add any point in endurance and it kept going up thanks to vitality)

Anyway, thanks and good job! O7

Uh, that's not true. Both Endurance and Vitality determine weight (cumulatively, not independently - same as inf/rad for mana pool)

Roughly imprecise ammo:

ammo = (end+vit)/2

I'll double check later with savescumming.

You are indeed correct, idk how i missed that

Quick question. So according to this. If the weapon scaling is Strength/ radiance. And you have 50 points to spare, it's better to throw 25 to str and 25 to radiance, than 50 into single stat? Where am I going to get more damage?

yes and no you must lock at the stat scaling of that weapon wehn both are the same then teoreticle yes but str/agi give phisicle damage , rad holy damage and inf fire damgfe wehn in the region wo you are more enemys are wo have a weaknes against holy/fire damage then then it may be better to go more into rad/inf and wehn you want to cast spelce then that are another thing
