Umbral Eye of Marco the Axe is Trash?

If the devs see this, can you guys please buff the marco umbral eye? it's primary ability is literally worthless. I'd expect it to affect all "lesser" creatures, not exclusively the ones in umbral. and besides that it has genuinely no purpose as far as a primary slot is concerned. You'd expect a boss drop to not be this bad. I'd greatly appreciate a buff that makes its abilities reflect the boss that you get it from. (for example fearing more enemies, namely all mobs that are "fodder tier" both within the axium and umbral)

Considering how those lesser Umbrals can keep spawning and swarm someone and get in free hits when they're attacking something else, it's not really a bad effect. It was my favorite until Loash's.
