Dismantled Oxygenator Help

I just dismantled the Oxygenator, because i wanted to move it to another island. Problem is: the game doesn't let me build it anymore.

Any ideas?

Edit: I just tried it and it looks like it only lets you build it on the first island.

Yes, sadly it can be only build on the core island. Tried to move it too to a less crowded island.

I just tried this, and it is blocked on islands that have the oxygen link. Deconstruct the link and you should be able to put the oxygenator anywhere.
