How to unlock Packages (contract)?
So I want to send Steel Packages into space, I unlocked the packager and produced some Steel Packages, but I cant unlock the contract. How?

To unlock the package steel/plasteel and others you need to complete the first contracts.
For steel for example you need to complete the 5 and the 10 one, i don't remember how many you need but you need to complete them in order.
