Duck NPC
Anyone know how to talk to that duck looking NPC that flies away whenever you get close to it?

I just got on a boar and hunted him around, got lucky when he was standing near a ledge so one jump from one island to another and i was right on top of him.

Didn't knew about the Bird Head >.<

Either Way, to complete his quest you need to be relatively far into the game

I caught him before mount with a well timed jetpack dash while spamming E. He was mid air but I apparently was able to catch him.

I found the duck, he is on the south side of the space station but he looks like a normal human

I don't know if you know this, but if you give her a pearl, you unlock her second skin
