You can delete items in your inventory by holding an item and dragging it to the right of your inventory bar. There is a trashcan there
Tip: The store has some stuff that unlocks a whole new dynamic to the game.
I was....probably much further long than I should have been when I chose to unlock that.
I love you.
This is a great one.
Twig trees cannot get hives one them so you can farm twigs on the bee island with that skill unlock.
If a hive is on a twig bush grown from a farm plot you can move it about once you have the relic that lets you shift buildings.
You can set up a honey farm on any island by collecting a queen bee and releasing them somewhere else with either natural twig bushes or farmed one.
Emilia sells seeds
If you're packaging goods for export, disable bots and do it manually to avoid having random crates left over. And set packagers to single item output to avoid overloading the logi bots
Logi bots can have tasks enabled or disabled.
One final silly one
The cloning machine can be used to make an army of creatures to drop into a boss arena
Feed blue jellyfish the red slime to make them into red jellyfish, kill and harvest with robots and make glue.
Bees will hit the big berry trees and feed themselves, so you can turn your farm off after the tree has grown.
Keep extra captured creatures in storage for cloning machine, speeds up farm expansion later. (Just the pig, lizard and crab)
You can click a robot in your inventory to have it follow you and help out.
Purple = Extract and deconstruct faster.
Blue = Shoots all hostiles. (Boss too)
As someone who just mashed spacebar at every pop up, I did not know until late game lmao.
Get all of the 'exploration' skills and the 'overclocked legs' skill asap
Set up mega-farms for everything, including water and twigs
Bosses are kinda pointless except for boredom and achievements
Put a speed upgrade module on every bot
Never put the rocket on auto, will just drain resources
Don't bother with the large furnaces, just wait for mega
One more for fun ^^
If you get bored waiting, and/or need more red jelly, clone about 100 of the red squid things and release them all at the same time. Amazingly fun chaos :3
This is terrible advice. You do realize they have a better crafting ratio right? Like 3 twigs -> 1 charcoal becomes 2->1, and they do more at once, not to mention the incredible handiness of the internal storage.. And the huge ones take forever to get to from there. And if you buy the ones form the shop you're wasting kredits that could be spent to get the blueprint.
The stupid biome scanners don't work like any other unit to deposit items. You can't deposit while in the actual screen for the scanner. You just have to drop it from your belt onto the building. It's always long enough between playthroughs that I forget this stupid inconsistency and inevitably convince myself the game is bugged.
Personal opinion: biofuel is the best setup. The last upgrade for energy is just too complex and too late in the game.
Red Jellies: I see lots of wikis saying jellies won't eat the juice fruit off a farm plot plant. They obviously do or I wouldn't be getting them on the purple water island (doesn't naturally have the juice plants).
After doing the dragon your overlay disappears during the cut scene and doesn't come back. Easiest fix I've found is if you go talk to Emilia (seed lady) when her purchase screen shows up the HUD will return. I usually click to open the one available tab and leave it open until I get out of Emilia's boxes.
