eny one know how to talk to the bird thingy
there is a bird or somthing that flyes awey whit a drone how to talk to him/her

Badevilghost is correct, you need the bird head on. That said, the quest he gives requires an item which I think is pretty deep into the tech tree, so I wouldn't worry about rushing into it.

oh so you can use bird head? i use hard way, when bird spawn near edge i use jet booster to talk after that he stay next spawn.
