Auto-battle

I love Caravaneer 2, i am glad that its available for steam, i happily paid full (but very fair) price but there is one thing that bothers me.
Why tere is no auto-battle? I hate spending more time fighting than trading!
There should be a possibility to auto resolve fights. I would gladly pay second time just for that feature. In fact, this is so frustrating, i'd pay double the price for that.
