is there actually a way to save all the members? and can i beat load-chan? do i really have to replay so much..

sorry to say, it's literally impossible to have 0 party members die.

however, if you don't fight rachael in aquarium, a different scene will play with richard and much less people will die

to enter load-chan's 2nd phase, you have to hit her. the only attacks that can damage her are weird/abnormal things. for example, the random recycle effect that damages them. if you spam recycle, you're bound to move on.
basically, try everything you have and see if it can damage her.
if it can't.... then yep! you're stuck!
