How to Set Up a Dedicated Server
This is the easiest way to set up a dedicated server for me. I am not extremely experienced with these kinds of things, but I found this method to be intuitive and it requires little knowledge of computers.

Dedicated Server:
1. Start R63.
2. Click Multiplayer on the main menu of R63.
3. Log in to your Ubisoft account with your USERNAME (not e-mail!) and password.
Example:
Username: Joesmith5
Password: Ubisoft
3a: If you don't have a Ubisoft account, make one by visiting https://www.ubisoft.com and following the directions there.
4. Click "Create." It is located in the top right corner of the multiplayer screen.
5. Enter your settings. Make sure to mark it as a dedicated server.
6. Click launch.
7. The game will close, and a program called ucc.exe will pop up. It will display lots of things that you don't need to understand.
8. DO NOT CLOSE THAT APPLICATION. Keep it open.
9. This is where things get weird. Open task manager and close Steam completely. Make sure you check "Background Processes" as well.
10. Re-launch R63.
11. Steam will do its little "checking for updates" thing.
12. Click Multiplayer on the main menu of R63.
13. Your server should be on the list. If not, try using some filters (coop, competitive, etc.) or arrange the list by name and look for it.
14. When you close ucc.exe, your server will be removed from the list and you will have to repeat this process again. If you don't want to, don't close it.

If you have a better way or any questions, feel free to post here.
