Outdoor Buffet Catering & ironing out gameplay

Outdoor Catering -
I was hoping the developers could develop the ability to place a cleaner and cashier outside to serve guests seated outside from the food stalls or trucks that you are planning to add in the future.
Order the food at the cashier > go to the food stalls and wait > collect food from respected food trucks/stalls > eat from benches placed under a large canopy > dump waste in bin or make few guests litter.
This way there won't be a need to add a waiter station outside and would be a new way to cater for outside guests.
I just feel like this is a missed opportunity to make the game more than just reaching LEVEL 10

Small changes to current gameplay ?

1. The walk in fridge should have an option to be completely reset just like there is an option for the boxes which get delivered. If i wanted to do a menu refresh, the unused items just stay unused and take up space

2. People who come to a cafe usually go with their friends or family. There just seems to be 1 person per table. Its a complete waste of space and does not provide a challenge to the chefs where they just have to make one plate for a table. I had to opt out of using 4 seat chairs just to save space. YES, i agree later on in the game you get ample amount of space to seat customers, but still 1 person in a table just seems odd to look at.

3. What are the point of games if people don't play with it ?

4. TV is always turned off. Can we get some random content like sports playing on it ? Same with Arcade games, they are just a blue screen. Please add content in them.

5. No one uses the toilet, no cleaning required ?
