It means you do not have the ingredients needed to make a dish, go to your menu to food list and be sure to get the ideas that have a fork and spoon icon on them so that you can make a dish that is on your menu. The food icon will go red if it gets to only 4 in your cooler and you must reorder and pick up at mailbox and fill to your cooler. If it is an item from the cafe you must bake more of what is needed, make sure your coffee machine is filled, soda machines as well. Hope this helps.
