Cashier Menu

I hired cooks but the task is to hire an employee and open the cashier menu and assign to be a cashier. I dont see a cashier menu anywhere.

the game asks me to hire a cashier, there is a people icon over the cash register, but when clicking on the cash register , the assign employee button is locked out so I cant assign an employee

You can't hire a cashier until level 5

I finally figured it out but I wish the game didnt give you the task to hire a cashier if you cant till level 5
