real matchmaking so much better than a lobby system.
ppl dont want to sit in lobbys waiting for matches. i dont want to.
1.) some way to automatically bring lobbies together, so that it is easier to get into 15-person lobbies (I don't know how feasible implementing this would be). At the moment it takes too long to fill up lobbies and that process starts again after every round since so many people leave when they die. I don't know if the player population is just too low but it feels like the time in between rounds takes longer than actually playing the game. There might be multiples of small lobbies open at the same time. So my "dream matchmaking system" would join these automatically (unless they want to have a private lobby).
And 2.) a dedicated game mode with more diversity regarding the roles. I mean being able to create completely custom games is nice but shouldn't at least some of the additional roles be playable in some sort of standard game mode?
This is good to hear.
I think more or less a penalty for leaving, and shouldn't be a penalty you can just get through by going offline. That would stop people from leaving just because they died.
I feel like the way you guys had it in town of salem was a really good way of doing it, Start a game fills up, after game ends, end of game lobby so you can chat, add people if you enjoyed playing with them and then start up a new game.
