PC game pass, game's crashing

On PC gamepass, when I launch the game I have a crash and the unity helper opens but closes very quickly without giving me any information. What can I do?

I'm having this issue as well. It's just a error popup with a loading bar and a red exclamation mark that says Unity 2020.3.48f1_b805b124c6b7

I am also having this problem not on steam deck. As another user mentioned, it is a memory leak issue. The game slowly takes up more memory over time.
My specs:
Windows 10 Pro
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.90 GHz
Nvidia GeForce 950M
16 GB RAM

Also with memory leak. Game eventually soaks up entire 32 GB.
