There are many reasons as to why software will not work on a PC so a process of elimination is your best bet! Hope this helps!
Sorry to hear that! Maybe list your PC specs on here so someone can help you trouble shoot your crashes? When I first got the game it worked fine, but suddenly started to crash on me repeatedly.
What I did was update my graphics driver (Windows 11) and it started working again. You've probably already did that though.
Delete your save file/start new game.
That was the last solution.
You can try out new game plus first.
