Why isn't batgirl black?

Stop whitewashing black character's wb should do better i'm tired of the racism and sexism in the gaming sphere mostly from white incels who're jealous of tyrone we need more diversity to make this game good the more black people the better white devils know their place!!!!

Batgirl is white and if I'm not wrong there's Batwing and The Signal who are black in the Batman family. If they could be in the game has DLC that would be cool.

I think OP meant why isn't she black because in the cancelled Batgirl movie by Warner Bros, Batgirl was depicted as half black half domincan, so I believe that's what op was referring to.

In Batman begins, inspector Gordan was black. The movie with Collin Ferrell as Penguin. So if they depicted Gordan as black in the movie, wouldn't his daughter also be black logically?
