System requirements still TBD !!

Just 1 month left for this game release and still system requirements is mystery!!!

This game and Plague Tale Requiem are off my list since none of them presented the official system requirements. I'll wait and see how well they'll run for most people here before i make a choice. Obviously, if i had a powerful hardware i wouldn't do that, but i also have to note that my experience with the last Arkham game on PC wasn't that good

thing is... "most people" fire up a game and it works just fine... they don't bother posting about it because they're busy enjoying themselves... the ones that you are going to hear from here are whiners claiming that a "game is broken" just because their own PC is having problems...

Slow down to early some studio's don't post Spec's except 1 to 2 weeks early. I agree they should post the spec's earlier. But Warner Brothers plays by their own rules.

I understand that most people here will be complaining about performance (if the game has any), but maybe I'll check the game later via Gamepass, anyway, just like someone else suggested here.

Now, about Arkham Knight, even though a RTX 2060 isn't the best GPU around, the game should be running at 60fps/1080p and it did, i could reach almost 90fps with pretty much everything on High or Max (can't remember the exact settings, the last time i played this game was back in 2020), but the problem was the Batmobile. Framerate would drop to 30fps whenever i drove that thing. Even with everything on low things didn't improve that much.

Later i watched a Digital Foundry video where they pointed out this issue and they fixed with a mod from a famous dude. Can't remember if it was SpecialK or something, but i never tried this mod. Maybe one day I'll give it another try, but i don't even have the game installed anymore on my PC.

Yep. Forgot about that. That's actually a good idea. I'll get a 3-month PC Gamepass later this year so i can try Plague Requiem, Scorn and Starfield.

Yeah, the only thing we can do now is wait. To be honest, i know that i can at least run this game on Medium, but i always prefer reading the official system requirements.

I agree. The game have it's release on 21-th so a system requirements should be added to store page. There is even Launch trailer but no SPECS?

it sounds like the pc port could be something they worked on last
so it will probably be an awful pc version
that's what it smells like right now.

I dont worry because since i got RX 6700XT 11 months ago it runs evrything maxed 1440p 60 fps. We all ahve much better pc now than when Arkham Knights released. You Batman ave the best computer in the world you can run any game maxed 4k 144 fps. You dont have any reason to worry about requirements just like me.

Posted this on the Discord channel minutes ago: This can't be right as minimum specs? This way to high for a game that doesn't have much. Is Cyberpunk 2077 this high?

Nah might be the whole issues that lots of AAA games had last year with Ray tracing and UE5. Though I don't think Gotham Knights is UE5?

Anyways their is already game play with a PC and no stutter. So issue of finding the right settings till they come up with a patch.

Will see usually their is crowd of ppl in Discord or Steam that test minimum specs. WBgamesMontreal was asking for testers like crazy in last month or so. Big problem was had to be local to test the game. Not sure how many low end systems they have for test beds or even the right software to test video game?
