Controller Prompts Bugged

Anyone else having an issues where it will show X-Box controller prompts than switch to a generic 1234 for the face buttons? Just came back after a pause from the game and now my controller is acting all wonky. Had to ALT F4 the game because it wouldn't let my controller scroll down to exit to desktop.

Any info for fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

My controller won't work at all with the new update.

Not having this specifically, but I am playing with a Dualsense controller but not getting the playstation button prompts in game and have no way to change it... It just uses the standard Xbox button prompts. And I know this game definitely has support for Dualsense button prompts.

In options under the General Tab you can select you button style.

That seemed to fix this issue. But controller is still acting wonky in menus. In the inventory screen it just jumps from melee to ranged when using the left analog stick down or the D-pad down. Entirely skips over the defense tab. Does the same things in the options menu. Will just jump over the one menu I'm trying to open. My controller is working fine in other games but this one it is not.
