Clay Face is easy, don't really care about changing your mind simply because your opinion is subjective, however I find Talia the hardest one of them all which in turn she may be the easiest for you, hell I beat Clay Face with my level 40 and solo in NG+

Put the game on very easy difficulty and you should be able to beat him. Rewards don't change based on difficulty so I did all but one boss on very easy just to get through them.

Even on very easy they take a while to chew through their health bars.

Also I assume you mean someone with level 60 gear as level cap is still 40 when you mentioned groupie. They should change the cap and let higher level gear drop when patrolling so we aren't stuck running the Assault which can get annoying and boring after a bit.

It's not the fight that's annoying to me. I just can't ride the bike properly
