Did you buy Visionary Pack dlc/deluxe edition? If yes then you can't(lol) since it is locked due to a bug for everyone. Gotta wait for them to fix it, you should send a ticket about it from the sticky post so they work on it faster

I have no idea how I unlocked it and I got the deluxe edition. It was locked before and then I was able to use it after some time.

Update! I just checked my own game and have it unlocked. Idk if it was fixed or it gets unlocked at random times but can’t say what exactly gave it to me.

Mine is 12. I remember filing a ticket in “bugs report” yesterday and that might be the case for me. Either that or they just roll out sneaky fixes.
