Everything wrong with the game

Combat's slow, strike feedback is nonexistent, barely any villains, the plot twist was pretty much telepgraphed from the beginning, 30fps lock on ps5 and xbsx (with drops), batcycle drives at grandma speeds, story progression is locked behind monotone "clue collection" by beating random thugs on the streets, bosses are "bullet spunges" except you don't even have guns (well not if you're playing someone other than Red Hood), the goons' voiceover is incarnation of cringe, PC optimization is currently real bad, the UI is like a blown up mobile game, the loot/upgrades feel like leftovers from a Live Service model, the coop won't have 4 people until an update sometime after launch (currently capped at 2), graphics are nothing special that pushes modern hardware, characters throw terrible lines/puns at each other in the hub area, skill upgrades are uncreative and most of the time just add some % to damage dealt, and you have to grind up 4 heroes separately to unlock certain ♥♥♥♥ like unique movement

basically Batgirl's ass and perhaps Harley's boobs are the only good things about it

it has all the trappings of a generic gaas. you can clearly see that mid development they decided it wasn't a good idea to make a grindy, mtx ridden game but at that point it was too late.

I'm honestly baffled at how incompetent the dev and marketing team were considering this looks like something made for younger people but when I asked my younger cousins if they were interested in this game, they told me spider-man is better lol.

"barely any villains" Tells me you have not played the game much. A simple search will show you all of the villains. Basically the same amount total you would see in each installment of the Arkham - or + a few depending on which game. Your on steam so no point in talking about console game play it means nothing here. The bat bike is slow hopefully they fix it. Have not had any issues with story progression to each their own I have fun with game, and the constant unlocks are refreshing instead of having the same consonant over and over. Optimization needs work for sure. Blow up mobile game yeah your reaching I have played alot of mobile games nothing with a UI like this. Sucks we do not have 4 player coop yet however better than no one playing with you, and the Arkham series does not have coop I wish there was 4 player coop currently though. Of course you have to level up characters repeatedly how is that unrealistic in any way? Sure there are RPG's out there where you are playing a squad of characters and have to level them all up to progress, but how you eve throwing that out as a factor? Literally leveling one character is the main aspect of an RPG. Complaining about unique movement unlock? it literally takes no time to get your knight hood movement unlock.... Upgrading well your kinda over dramatizing it mainly DMG? With Red Hood alone your seeing some DMG and alot of CRIT depending on what tree your building into. Honestly you need to research and play more before throwing something like this out. Based on everything you have listed it seems like you are just not someone who plays RPG's very few of your points are valid.
