Some help with their settings

Of course the big thing is graphics setting day 1. People are expecting to run this with everything maxed out... nah. I can say on bike and grappling around the city I am pulling ~70fps. everything else I'm around 160fps (cut scenes are capped at 60fps) I am currently running 1440p, so ymmv.

Specs:
5900x
32GB ram
3080 (12GB) v522.25
Display: 1440p

Don't expect this to be the end all be all for settings and I'm sure others will improve on it. Without copying my code, what I did was:
Basic:
vsync: on
fps: <I left uncapped for testing>

Resolution quality:
dynamic res: off
max render resolution: 90
upscaling type: off
upscale quality: custom
sharpening: off

Advanced:
fov: 74
<every setting off in advanced>

Quality:
quality preset: highest
anti-aliasing taa (gen4)

Do I expect people to improve on this? Yes. Do I expect people to run this with the same results? No. Do I expect flaming to suggest my settings? Yes! Either way, I hope it helps one of you.

i run a 5900x and a 3080, 32 gb ram, etc just like you, but i run on a 120hz 50 inch LG oled. i get over 100 fps in city and on the bike etc. so maybe your settings are off?

Depending on the area I'm riding with the bike it can be in the 70-100's. But by all means, I'm open to suggestions

problem is not FPS but the stutters and poor gpu usage...

I was getting that as well, but then I messed with a few settings and I don't get them...
