Goxlr audio issues

I have a goxlr and when I try to play the game the audio constantly cuts out, hasn't happened to me ever and I've had it for almost a year. Does anyone know if there's a fix for this?

I'm having the same issue with my goxlr mini. Audio works fine on everything else but whenever i play the game audio starts going in and out and i end up with a headache.

I'm having the exact same problem (GoXLR Mini), was so confused that no one else was talking about the audio problems lol. Guess it's exclusive to us :(, hopefully they figure out what the problem is and put out a fix.

Having the same issue on gotham knights with go xlr. When I plug my headset directly into my pc audio is fine. Can't find a solution.

I was having this issue and couldn't find a solution. I just turned my max fps in game from 60 to the max and my audio was fixed. Mine might have been some weird fluke, but if maybe it'll help.

I updated my motherboard bios and fixed my audio issue. Took me forever to get that one.

Having this issue. Updated bios and usb drivers. works for a little bit then the problem comes back. the only thing i can do is swap usb ports and hope it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ itself for a while
