all dx12 games have fullscreen why you say that?
Don't forget to put the file to READ-ONLY.
The config file (GameUserSettings) is in users/yourusername/appdata/local/WB games/Gotham Knights.
It might not switch to Exclusive Fullscreen since it's a DX12 game, but it might switch from Standard Borderless to "Borderless Flip", I don't know how to check.
Edit: the OP from this thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/1496790/discussions/0/3490878556687304107/ , say that you can force D3D11 with -force-d3d11, so if Exclusive Fullscreen doesn't work in DX12, you can try in DX11.
That's so severely incorrect. dx12 games definitely have the ability to go fullscreen. Developers who fail to implement it are an entirely different thing. Don't know if this is your first ever dx12 game or what. Plague Tale Requiem, Alan Wake Remastered, old ass Ashes of the Singularity, Borderlands 3, Warframe, Watch Dogs Legion, Sniper Elite 4/5, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, all the Resident Evil remakes, Red Dead Redemption 2... list goes on...
Sure, I should do some reading on this but currently I just don't see the point, especially if you can force dx11 on this game. I've just never personally come across a game that didn't have all options and I will always be playing maxed out in DX12 mode, no question about it.
It seems very wrong, but if I google it and you're right, then you're right, still won't get it, though.
Just as an aside the DX12 features suck. All it is is Ray Tracing (which I love don't care what others think) but when it halves the frame rate and dlss does next to nothing to bring it back up that's real bad optimisation. (RTX3080 if questioning the card).
I checked on the web, You are correct. DX12 does not have EXCLUSIVE fullscreen. It has ha fullscreen mode, but its a faked exclusive fullscreen.
Learn something new each day.
Edit: Lol, seems the word "f a k e d" is a bad word to use.
And you don't read what's been posted above? Dx12 does not have/support exclusive fullscreen.
