Unable to find Growth area Release in roullete

i am at chapter 5 i havent seen growth area release in roullete yet any ideas?

For me, the Jail has just kind of being growing on its own accord? Not sure what's triggering it though.

if you're playing mary skelter 2, i don't think the roulette wheel has growth area release. it just happens while exploring after you defeated the nightmare, and then you do a roulette and take like, blood crystals or a heal and a message might pop up saying "the jail has grown". it happens really fast and it's easy to miss.

and then on one of the floors, it might be a different floor, a new spot opens up with stairs to the "secret" floor. example, in dorms and aquarium, the hidden spot is on floor 3.
the thing is if you're on the floor where it's supposed to happen when it happens, you have to leave the floor and return for it to actually update the map.
