Not sure what Funimation's servers have anything to do with What The Dub... our game servers have not had any downtime in the last 30 days.
Are you running a firewall? Using a VPN? These might be interfering with your connection. Try turning them off and reconnect. Sometimes allowing WTD to bypass the firewall can help too.
Are you using an older OS? We currently don't support Windows 7 or 8.
Windows 11 and Apple silicon support is ongoing so unforeseen issues might arise.
Worth updating your current OS as well.
If you're still having issues, try to reconnect and then quit once you get the error. After that, locate and send us your game logs. The logs can be found here:

Sorry, Funimations was a total freudian slip, I meant Wide Right's servers.
I'm not running a firewall or a VPN, I'm using Windows 10, I've verified my game files and restarted multiple time to no avail. No documentation online of this weird issue.
I sent a tech support E-Mail and waiting a response.
Got it. I'll close this for now and follow up on the support ticket!
