Drake location

just recently found the thief one of the options was to trade for drake location is this the only way to find the drake if not where do I go to find it

You don't. It's not in the game yet (there is a dragon, but not a drake).

do you know if the drake will be added soon or is there anything you can do with the black feline once she is captured

I don't know about the felian. I didn't realize that you could actually send her to your camp now, until I saw it mentioned in some other posts. I haven't tried that yet. It's possible that they haven't added (or finished) the interactions for her yet. Before the June update, you could send the Bast Inquisitor to your camp, but you couldn't interact with her at all there. The felian may be in a similar, unfinished, state at this point.

I doubt that we'll be seeing that specific drake any time soon. Their main focus now is on the UE5 update, due on Steam at the end of the month, and that version is going to start in a completely different part of the game world (giving your character some introduction, instead of just being dropped on the docks ). I'm guessing that they won't be adding that much more (like new creatures) to the current (UE4) version, but I could certainly be wrong.

Of course the new starting area in the UE5 version could just be swimming in drakes. They sound like a "higher level" creature to me, so I wouldn't expect to see them until later in the game (when you've had the chance to level up your character/gear/etc.), but who knows. My guess is that it's going to be a while.

The fellian thief says the drake is to the north. It just so happens that UE5 starts in the zone directly north of the UE4 zone. The devs have said that once happy with UE5's stability, the current UE4 zone will be the first to be added, possibly three months later. That tends to be the usual time span between major updates, so most likely when we will get to see the drake. This is just a guesstimate of course.

I hope when the original play area is added it might be possible to port my already made character to the UE5 version

Based on some of the other directions given in the game, this drake could be in any direction. For instance, the minotian says that he lost a shipment to the east, but the only location to the east is the main temple and it's not there. The shipment was actually lost to the south. I'm sure this will all get redone/fixed once they settle on map locations and relative layout but right now the directions are subject to change and often wrong.

I do think the directions that the fellian thief gave are accurate though they are vague enough to give enough room for any changes they may do

I found a Drake in UE5. On a Pillar just above the entrance to Kab 'Alrah. Not sure if that is it, but there's one there.

I would imagine that this is not what it means but it could be a sign that that is were it will be when its added
