(BUG) A road Paved with good intent
After I kill the inquisitors in Maz Arjeni, I try to free the Jackal woman Khalia, but there isn't a prompt to do the action to free her. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue as well and I would hate to have to start a new game...

I freed her no problem, four times. I suggest standing next to her for a while and don't move.
