The way I understand it is the only character that gets impregnated is the hero character and that one dragonkin in the garden, naturally this is only as the game exists now

There is that dragonkin on the island that can get pregnant, the other is that camp with the three stranded centaurs, two of them you can get pregnant. There is even an extra part for one of the centaurs where you ride off together to a secluded spot and have your way with them.

You need to raise your presence. The Elder of the three. Then you can ride of her. And then you can ride her to the secret spot .

Mine was a 10, so an 11 might do it, but I was cautious. But any way the way I know is because I have a 12 .

Actually, you can buy a potion from Alkippe to temporarily increase your "presence". Convenient, isn't it?

There is a potion called Omorphium that'll increase your presence by 10 for about a minute. Alkippe even sells some (it's also a rare drop from enemies). Once you unlock her intimate option it's permanent, so just down one of the potions she sells and then romance her. That's actually probably why she sells it in the first place, to prevent you from having to waste attribute points.

and i meant like a "go into the files and change it manually" sorta thing

The potion increases it by 10 for one minute. Plenty of time to romance her, after which it doesn't matter. I suppose you could always try something like Cheat Engine or a save editor if you want to manipulate your stats. But that seems unnecessarily tedious when the NPC sells you the solution.
