I've gotten her pregnant multiple times, you might try moving around then talk to her.

This worked but after banging her again, once more no ability to interact until a restart

You should be able to interact with her at any time, pregnant or not. If you just interacted with her, you may need to move a little away and then back (as someone else suggested), and then position yourself at the right angle to get the interact prompt again, but it shouldn't be more complicated than that. If that doesn't work, you seem to have hit a bug that I can't recall anyone else ever reporting.

I would start by having Steam verify the game files (just a standard suggestion when there is a problem with a Steam game).

If that doesn't help, wait until she gives birth (it doesn't take too long) and then see if you can interact with her. That shouldn't be necessary, but you could give it a try.

I guess if you still have the problem and you're thinking of starting over again, you could try deleting all of your old saves first. The UE4 version supposedly had a problem where data from old saves could somehow cause problems even if you started a new game. I thought that part of the reason for switching to UE5 was that it didn't have that problem, but who knows at this point. If you want to really "clean house", you could delete all of the old saves, and some other "setting" files, manually. Or, rather than delete them, just move them all to another folder. That way, if the problem remains, you can just move the files back and you haven't lost anything.

Under Win 10, the save files are in

%localappdata%\Carnal_Instinct_UE5\Saved\SaveGames

Win 11 might be different.

You may need to have Windows set to show hidden files to see those files.

i did verify files, i dont have windows 11, the problem is, after getting her pregnant, i have to restart to be able to talk to her again.

Sometimes NPCs get "stuck" after interacting with or talking to them. I've been able to fix them by just running into their character model which visibly causes them to shift by an inch or two, and then I'm able to talk to them again. Samia, Mera, and Captain Asim are some of the ones I've had to bump back into place on more than one occasion.

unfortunately, that doesnt seem to be working for me. I can ♥♥♥♥ her, but if i leave the scene after doing so, I cant talk to her again unless i restart the game
