UE5 start location and quests

Hello! I want to both do all the quests and rush to get out of the 'formless' form. If I don't do the side quests before Kethra possesses you, will I be able to do them later?

At this point, no, because there is no way to get back to that starting area (Heifer's Reach). But it also doesn't really matter, because there are only a couple of side quests there and I don't think any of them give you any real reward. That may be by design, since you can't get back there. But, aside from the current quests, there are also several NPCs that you can interact with, and some of those may eventually have quests.

I'm hoping that there will eventually be a way to get back there, so you can go back if you missed anything (either a quest, or just some interaction), just to experience everything in the game. But, for now, there is no way back.

That's a bummer! I like to be completionist myself. I know there's a few fastravel camps up in there, is there a way--such as a command, that'll enable one of them for use?

I doubt it. It's (presumably) a completely separate map that has to be loaded, so you're not just going from point A to point B in a map. The Heifer's Reach map would have to be loaded. And, as far as I know, there is no console available (or enabled) in the first place, so there's no way to enter commands anyway. Although, to be fair, I haven't actually looked for one.
