Home from Home bugged.
I cannot complete the “Home from Home” quest. Have tried restarting and reinstalling but still have the issue.

Did you find Damaris' sword (Lion Blade) before starting Home From Home? Doing that will apparently keep you from completing the quest (I know that it used to, and apparently that hasn't been fixed yet).

If you didn't get the Lion Blade first, then you may have just hit some other bug (unfortunately, there are plenty of quest bugs in the game).

I know this is old but if anyone sees this, I was able to complete it by doing the quest before doing the romance.
