Unable to talk with Samia after lovescene

Pretty much just that. After going through the lovescene with Samia, I'm unable to talk to her until the game is reloaded. The indicator to interact doesn't appear, no matter how I position the character, and walking away then returning doesn't fix it. Only way to speak with her again is to save and reload the game.

Also, unrelated possibly, the boat next to her island seems to duplicate when loading a save. If it's moved, then the game is saved and reloaded, not only will it be back to it's original place, but a second boat will spawn on top of it.
