I know they updated stuff in the UE5, but does this mean they got more NPCs to "interact" with or are we still stuck on the three interactive NPCs? Dumb question, I know, but I don't wanna reinstall only to find little difference.

Earlier UE5 only had 3 that you could talk with talk with.

On the Pleasure Island there are about (guessing) 30 who are either having sex, waiting for you to have sex, or are engaged in some other lewd act by themselves while watching someone else. If you are into voyeurism then this works great.

I would say (also a guess) that this includes about 9-12 who you can have sex with. There are many more races/sizes and the 3 genders (male, female, futa) seem about equal for whatever you're into, want to be into, or want in you. There is at least one non-mutual futa on futa scene, but I couldn't get the game GUI to make the positions switch without stopping and restarting the scene.

I've no idea how or if any of these respond to fertility. I simply didn't try. At this point in the game development there wouldn't be much significance anyway. Bellies would just expand over the course of about an hour and then go back to normal. Kinda like if they/you just ate way too much.

All that said, I also encountered at least one newly sexible NPC on the large island after a longer quest. This is a good way of doing some of it, IMO. It is better than simply walking up and doing the deed after a 10 second introduction. The sex is not foreshadowed nor teased. You don't get a "if you do this I'll take my clothes off" type of promise. It comes more as "oh, since you did the thing, I want to reward you with something that you will really like..." There needs to be more like this, in my opinion.

As far as if that is enough to reinstall, it is up to you. The game animations are smoother which includes jumping and climbing as well as some side shimmies through small openings. Locations on the map have generically changed. It is way easier to find things on the compass map now.

The merchant is still awkward since their inventory doesn't refresh, but once you get over 1500 gold to buy a mount and any potions, who cares? Just drop the duplicate stuff. I collected well over 8000 gold and there isn't anything I wanted to buy with it.

I think emrek99025 is overestimating the numbers of interactable NPCs, but it is definitely higher than 3. And pleasure island definitely had enough to be fun.

On Pleasure Island itself there are 7 to interact with. Going from north to south they are:
A futa (equine) who is
- bottom doggy if PC male
- top standing held if PC female
- top or bottom standing held if PC futa
A male (normal)* who is
- top standing ♥♥♥♥ if PC male (anal) or female
- no sex if PC futa
A futa (equine) from previous update who is
- top or bottom foot-job if PC male or futa
- bottom foot-job if PC female
A female who is
- bottom doggy if PC is male or futa
- no sex if PC is female
A female who is
- top cowgirl if PC male or futa
- no sex if PC female
A male (normal)* who is
- top standing ♥♥♥♥ if PC male (anal)
- bottom cowgirl is PC is female
- no sex if PC futa
A futa (normal) who is
- bottom missionary if PC is male
- top missionary if PC is female
- top or bottom missionary if PC is futa

Around the rest of the land there is
the female slave Samia who is
- top cowgirl if PC is male
- no sex if PC is female
- top cowgirl if PC is futa
the male Moswen who is a
- top standing for all PC genders
and finally a woman who is at least
- top cowgirl if PC is female or futa
- no idea on male but likely another cowgirl

That makes 10 total interactable NPCs for sex: 3 males, 4 females, and 3 futa.
- As a male PC, you can have sex with 10 in some way.
- As a female PC you can have sex with 6 as the 4 women probably aren't available.
- As a futa PC you can have sex with 8 as 2 of the straight males won't have sex, but 3 of the futa will swap positions with you giving a total of 11 opportunities.

As far as other inhabitants, there are 26 on Pleasure Island that cannot be interacted with. but can be seen. When counting individuals, they are doing the following acts as either giver or receiver:
4 cowgirl
4 cunnilingus
2 doggystyle
4 missionary position
1 handjob (from another who is already counted)
2 scissoring
3 sleeping / in bed
2 solo masturbation
4 voyeuring/watching

While checking this, only Samia was possible to impregnate (even at 110% chance). I still had the PC fertility turned off because in the previous update had some serious issues with residual breast size if the PC gets pregnant more than a few times. Not willing to go through that again if the problem hasn't been fixed.

Final note that there are no cetaur, naga, or dragon interactions yet with this update.
