"No Rest For The Wicked Quest" , How can I find the night lotus?

I've already reached the place but I unable to find any of the night lotus.

You went down into the cistern? There are actually several around the pond, but there is one that has someone in it, and the Night Lotus is in that one.

There are more then one cistern to check.
There also should be someone to talk to inside the cistern.
Lotus is usually set in the lowest part of the cistern,
If you find no lotus and nobody, just climb out and try another cistern.

I couldn't either at first, until I moved around it and tried a different angle. If you haven't already tried that, it might be worth a shot. If that doesn't work, then you may have hit one of those all too common quest bugs. If so, all I can suggest is my standard "fix" -- Load a save, possibly from before you accepted the quest, and try again.

Once I wake up at the end of September, I might give this game another try.
