Please not, not a special body for first person. It's breaking the immersion if you see your hands / arms / weapons attached to your face. It takes ~5 min for making an fps mode in UE.
I also like first person much more than the thirth but thinking for fp you need a special body is a common misconception.

The Elder Scrolls solved this problem back in the DOS age, and it's a solution we have now in this very game: put the tool away/lower your hands. Some games even force characters to stow their gear whenever a dialogue scene happens, even third-person ones.
Personally, I don't see the harm. If it's not hard to implement, they might as well go for it: if it would introduce any bugs that would cause problems, it's fine if they don't bother with it. I tend to juggle 1st and 3rd person in games that offer it.
(That said, one of my core mods for Skyrim is 'Immersive First Person' that swaps the "floating arms" approach for the "look down at yourself" approach. Still, whatever works, works.)
If i'm right, she didn't mean not wanting a visible body, but not wanting an extra first-person-only body. If you watch the video you will see that the same body is used and no hands come into the picture while walking unless you are looking down.
I think it's similar to the mod for Skyrim mentioned above (copperhead) and i like it too.
