Sin's Reward Quest.
While doing the deed with Moswen, I got a quest named Sin's Blessing. Its description only says "You've received Hatha blessing." The same words are in the objectives and twice in the description. Any idea what this means?

Basically this is a timed quest. You just wait several days until it completes.

It's simply you going through the stages of pregnancy. Soon you'll see "your seed is swollen" (stamina debuff), followed by something about anger (damaged increased by 10) and finally finishing the quest after you see a static screen about having a baby that you won't see.
