a way to use your camp slaves ?
captured a lady saying "ive got other uses for u.." but in camp cant even talk to her shes just in the cage imprisoned. Please tell me theres more to it

Keep talking to the inquisitor daily. Do not use the "get over here slut" choice. Eventually you get the option if her need are taken care of, and you have the option of giving her a bed to sleep on. The next day she breaks, and after a bit of convo begs you to f*ck her. The felian so far just keeps demanding you get her a beast to have sex with.

No option for sex with the thief as yet. The felian thief is a real freak and was bribing a drake to have sex. The drake is to the north in the next zone. So not available yet.

I’ve been stuck on this no bed option yet

Do you mean that you're not getting the option to give her a bed; or that you get the option, but it doesn't work (What happens?); or something else?

If you're not getting the option, did you use the "Get over here slut" option? That breaks the sequence, so if you use that, you have to leave and come back (maybe a day later), and start over. Here's my "walkthrough" for that interaction:
