Any other games like this, but not furries? This looks great, but I frickin' hate the furry thing.

No. There are no games with AAA quality graphics that include lewd content but lack the furry aspect. There just isn't.

If you are that desperate to avoid furry content, you could try Skyrim or Fallout 4 and then download a bunch of lewd mods from Loverslab.

EDIT: Really thinking about it, there IS Rack 2: Furry Science being developed by Fek. But as the name implied it DOES include furry content, after the tutorial section it is way more optional though. The game is also in VERY early development.

Indeed, I'm WAY ahead of you on the FO4 and Skyrim suggestions. Loverslab has been on my bookmark bar for years. :D

Desperate? No. But when I see a game like this, I just wish the devs didn't make them so niche focused (or go and completely ruin the original concept like Wild Life... now character locked playing an annoying dude -- are you kidding me? rrrgh). That said I've put Rack2 on my watch list.

The anthro species have always been an unlockable in Carnal Instinct. It is tied in with the story.

Well don't know how you feel about ones with futa and without playable males, but there being developed Skyrim like inspired one but still very early access called The Lustland adventures. I don't know if I am allowed to post links like that here but you can try search it up and probably find it out there. Still extremely early alpha so has not really been added that much yet outside some base mechanics and combat etc.. still some months away likely same with questing.

You might like "She Will Punish Them"

She Will Punish Them isn't all that similar to this game, the graphics aren't nearly as good, the game-play is extremely shallow, characters movement is very clunky.

Mechanically She Will Punish Them is also combat focused and is at its core a Hack and Slash game, while Carnal Instinct is at its core an RPG with more focus on sexual interactions and world building

On-top of all of this, the developers for She Will Punish Them have openly admitted to working on at least 1 other project which they have on occasion slowed development for She Will Punish Them them to work on; extending releases by as much as 2-3 months. AND have a third project still on steam in EA, that they just gave up on and aren't developing anymore at all.

look up the game "Wild Life" that game does have pretty good AAA quality content. it does have furries in it but it also has plenty of human on human content as well. there is a demo on steam or you can look up the game and download the sandbox version where it has much more content available.

Legit I think the closest thing to this will be Assassins Creed: Origins, since that seems to have been the main inspiration for the game.

Serious, Conan Exiles is easily the game that would compare best to this, with the right mods. It's actually far better than this game when it comes to just in general game play and variety with pervy stuff, and I'm not saying that as a slight to Carnal Instincts at all. CE has just been out and been modded much longer. There are mods that do allow for furry and other fantasy crap, but not all ERP servers run them, or allow players to be of those races. Most do, yes, but there are some that are only human.
