If you here just for lewd stuff, Wild Life has the best scenes with good graphics, there are a lot of humans to spawn and interact with (And much later there will be maps with quests, shooting, loot, equipment and RPG elements) . If you want all in one (Lewd + RPG with AAA graphics etc) well...there are none? Because lewd games are pretty niche and barely exist in a long run because it harder to Ad and sell, and you need a lot of money to create and finish the game

go to f95zone.to and search by '3d game' or something. Also, Monolith Bay comes to mind, but not done. Someone already mentioned Bonetown and Bonecraft. I know there is more but can't remember atm.

If you want pure naughties with just humans, i could suggest Dungeon coup.... it's basically just run around a dungeon and get F-ed the whole time and you can easily just, "do your thing" to it and move on.... If that's what you want... it's basically just pure naughties and a very shallow storyline. It's fun for, "doing your thing" and then play sumthing else again.... I dunno...

Played this a while and uninstalled. The character body meshes are TERRIBLE. So much potential, but graphics are just weird.

Patreon is always the better because you get access to the Latest Version while Steam will get it depending either from a Week to a Month Delay release.
Only difference pay Monthly or pay once.
This applies to most H-Games.

I think the issue OP has is having furries all over the place; Yeah, we can play humans, but there's no avoiding all the furry NPCs. If I recall, outside of the dynamic system, there's only one scene that can be human-only, with the slaves at the stockades, and even then, it's also male-only.

Last Barbarian is a Patreon build and is similar and also not. It is supposed to have a Steam version, but there hasn't been any updates to the original page posted. Patreon version is completely different than content on Steam.

If i recall it had a Update last month or so and is now at v0.9.21

Probably many steam players will this game ”Ignore - ON”.
To prevent that, Human NPCs should be increased.
Asian players especially often not liked "Too Realistic" Furry.
