BTW: I was running 90% of the time and I hardly read any of the dialogues.
They slowly added more and more content. Adding about an hour to each session.
If you were to 100% all missions it probably would take you about 4 hours if you wandered exploring about. For collectables though. Without using the map to tick things off it would probably take you 7 hours like Nake said.
However, i've played the game three times. Completing the game 100% the first time collecting everything. Being forced to do the missions again each time. (Though if i were you. I'd recommend playing it when the game is more or less complete)
Not even close
Definitely not. I don't know much about how long game development takes, but with the size of the team and the attainable-but-still-demanding standard of quality they've set for themselves, I wouldn't expect to shift into Beta for another year at least, probably two give or take a few months.
BTW: I think it is important to clarify something, my language is not English so some missions were difficult for me to understand, for example when I had to look for something I went the other way and wasted time, when I entered a cave I also got lost and there were many minutes going in circles, it was hard for me to find another cave so it also took a long time there, there is a puzzle that I did at night and it took a long time to solve it too, there is a boss that I had a hard time understanding how to kill him and I did not use any map or any type of help (although most of the objectives are marked by themselves on the map), I have died about 3 times and I have repeated a few scenes +18 so I guess that's why the 7,3 hours. To be the first game without knowing or understanding anything you have to do I think it's a good average of hours.
I started a new game to see another mission ending and it was actually about 10 minutes of replay value
