New Quest Missing and Dragon Issue?

So the new update is out and see that some stuff is indeed changed and added. Am curious as to what happened to the slave trader in the beginning and now some quests are missing to the main story(?) Unless they took it out for a new edited quest then ok then.

I found that Minoan at the docks but I can't seem to interact with him to activate the Law & Order quest. Unless am reading the update wrong and he's just a non-interactive NPC for now till a future update that actually adds the quest? Am confused.

Same with the dragon. Found the dragon but I can't access them as well, nor anything around that activates the quest.

Am really confused about this patch cause it feels like yes, I see some visual improvements with details of lighting and also extra floral and environment effects, new jackal race, and added armor and crafting, but it seems to have also broken many things like majority of the quests and NPCs to activate said quests...

New bug, apparently verifying the files of the game seems to cause the game to lock itself.
Meaning at the splash art when you start up the game, it just stays there forever...Clicking on the screen to continue does nothing.

I definitely feel like this game needs a hotfix...

I did, but I can't talk with him, there's no option.

Law and Order is a main story quest that comes after Diamond in the Rough. To start it there are two Anubis guards talking to each other on the dock. One is wearing white and the other is wearing red.

The slaver that used to talk to the player has been changed to the masked man at the end of the docks. I started the game over to get the Northern Horns and he wouldn't talk to me at all.

In the middle of Law and Order there is a continuity error with the slaver as he mentioned that I looked familiar even tho he never spoke to me. I didn't even know that he was supposed to be the new slaver until this quest.

Edit: The masked guy might not be "the new intro slaver". I just read a different discussion and someone mentioned that the intro slaver disappears after every major update. *shrug*
