Kick Attack thrust does not work

moves like the Manslayer sword thrust does not work, it worked fine before the update. when i kick and press attack i just get side swipes. i tried turning auto combo on and off.
how do i do the sword thrust now?

I think it might be exclusive to certain combos now? What a shame, I really liked to have the poke attack immediately after a kick, and now it is either random or combo specific.

The new update introduced new combos for each of the classes, wholly replacing the old combo system. so the kick -> thrust combo does not exist anymore. If you want to do a thrust attack as a berserker, you have to bash- > attack -> kick -> thrust. You can see what combos you have available on the right side of the pause screen after you have selected a class and are playing the game.
