What is "Unknown Horror"?

The most common way I go out in every run is due to something called "Unknown Horror", and I have no idea what it is. I'll be at full or near full health and then I'll just drop dead. What am I getting killed by?

it's most likely "Deadly Horror" curse which will fire projectiles out of a red scare circle. The curse is optional and the projectiles are slow and easy to block and dodge, but if you don't pay attention or forget about it, it can do a lot of damage.

Yeah I thought so, stray projectiles seemed like the only possibility especially since I started playing reaper more. Thanks for responding dude, your game is amazing.
